- Minimum pax should be 50.

- Venue do not provide any decorations. Customers have to come with own decorators.

- No DJ service available.

- No rooms are available as complimentary.

- No private parking available. Only road side parking.

- Advance payment of 50% has to be made at the time of booking and remaining amount same day before the event which is non-refundable.
