Royal Bengal Room is located Inside the City Centre, it’s on main road and easy transportation available.
- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Clients can bring their own caterers if they wish.
- Venue provides decoration at extra cost which starts minimum Rs.20,000. Outside vendors are not allowed only panel decorators are allowed.
- DJ service is available with extra cost which starts minimum Rs.7,000. Customers has to carry PPL(Phonographic Performance) licence. One can bring their own choice.
- 2 rooms are available as complimentary.
- Parking is free of cost and approx 100 standard size cars can park at a time.
- Advance payment of 50% has to be made at the time of booking and remaining amount 7 days before the event date which is non-refundable. But adjustable within same calendar year with any occasion.
